基于校局合作模式的公安院校专业实习管理制度探析——以江苏警官学院交通管理工程专业为例

摘　　要：公安院校的学生专业实习是人才培养方案中一个至关重要的实践性教学实环节。以江苏警官学院交通管理工程专业为例,针对学生专业实习前缺乏有效的规章制度和具体实施方案,实习中对实习过程缺乏有效的指导和监管,实习后对实习效果缺乏有效的评价考核机制等问题,提出在深度融合的校局合作基础上,通过制定与完善有关专业实习管理与实施的规范性教学文件;配齐、配精专业实习指导老师,加强对实习过程的管理;完善专业实习的评价考核制度来提升专业实习的管理水平和实习效果。Students’professional practice in public security colleges is an important practical teaching link in talent training.Taking the traffic management engineering in Jiangsu Police Institute as an example,this paper aims at the problems such as the lack of effective rules and regulations and specific implementation plan in advance,the lack of effective guidance and supervision in the practice process,and the lack of effective evaluation and assessment mechanism on the internship effect after the practice.It is suggested that standardized teaching documents on the management and implementation of practice should be formulated and improved on the basis of in-depth cooperation between school and public security bureau;enough qualified practice instructors should be assigned to strengthen the practice process management;the evaluation and assessment system of professional practice should be perfected to optimize the management level and effect of the practice.
