发酵液体饲料对母猪采食量、便秘发病率、血液生化指标和生产性能的影响

摘　　要：试验研究发酵液体饲料对母猪采食量、便秘发病率、血液生化指标和生产性能的影响。试验将32头"长白×大白"母猪随机分为4组。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮。Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组添加10%、20%、30%的植物乳杆菌发酵液体饲料(风干基础)替代基础饲粮中相应比例的全价配合饲料。试验自母猪妊娠开始到仔猪21日龄断奶结束。结果表明:饲粮中添加发酵液体饲料妊娠和哺乳期母猪采食量显著增加(P<0.05),便秘发病率显著降低(P<0.05);血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05);初生仔猪均重、断奶仔猪均重、仔猪平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);窝均合格仔猪数显著增加(P<0.05),窝均弱仔数、窝均死胎数显著降低(P<0.05);仔猪平均腹泻率、仔猪无乳致死率、仔猪其他死亡率显著降低(P<0.05),断奶仔猪成活率显著提高(P<0.05)。因此,发酵液体饲料对妊娠和哺乳期母猪采食量、便秘发病率、血液生化指标和生产性能都有不同程度的改善和提高。The experiment studied the effect of fermented liquid feed on feed intake,incidence rate of constipation,blood biochemical indices and production performance of sows.Thirty two"Landrace×large"white pregnant sows were randomly divided into four groups.GroupⅠwas the control group,which was fed with the basic diet.GroupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwere fed with 10%,20%and 30%Lactobacillus plantarum fermented liquid feed(air-dried basis)instead of the corresponding proportion of the full price compound feed in the basic diet.The experiment started from the gestation of sows to the weaning of piglets at the age of 21 d.The results showed that adding the fermented liquid feed to basic diet,the feed intake of pregnant and lactating sows fed with fermented liquid feed increased significantly(P<0.05).The incidence rate of constipation was decreased significantly(P<0.05).The content of TP,ALB,GLB,IgA and IgM in serum increased significantly(P<0.05).The average weight of newborn piglets,weanling piglets,average daily weight gain of piglets increased significantly(P<0.05),and the number of piglets which were qualified per litter increased significantly(P<0.05).The litter size and stillbirth number per litter decreased significantly(P<0.05);the average diarrhea rate,lactation-free mortality and other mortality of piglets decreased significantly(P<0.05);the survival rate of weaned piglets increased significantly(P<0.05).In conclusion,fermented liquid feed can improve feed intake,incidence of constipation,blood biochemical index and production performance of pregnant and lactating sows.
