摘　　要：【目的/意义】在开放式创新理论的推动下,企业竞争情报活动问题成为研究热点。本文基于竞争情报活动-知识管理过程视角,剖析了企业竞争情报活动影响企业创新绩效的机理,为提高企业创新绩效开拓新思路。【方法/过程】根据调查问卷的发放与数据收集,并按照变量的界定和维度进行变量的测量,同时进行实证分析,通过对量表的描述性统计、信度与效度检验、相关性分析和层次回归来进行实证检验。【结果/结论】研究发现,竞争情报活动-知识管理过程的整合将企业与外部竞争环境相联系,并能够将外部竞争环境中获取的竞争情报信息转入企业内部,实现外部竞争情报信息与企业经营的融合,从而有助于企业进行探索式创新。【Purpose/significance】Under the promotion of open innovation theory,the competitive intelligence activities of enterprises have become a research hotspot.Based on the perspective of competitive intelligence activity knowledge management process,this paper analyzes the mechanism of enterprise competitive intelligence activities influencing enterprise innovation,and explores new ideas for improving enterprise innovation performance.【Method/process】The variables are measured through questionnaires distribution and data collection combined with their definitions and dimensions,and the empirical analysis conducted by descriptive statistics,reliability and validity test,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression is carried out.【Result/conclusion】It is found that the competitive intelligence activity knowledge management process connects the enterprise with the external competitive environment,and can transfer the competitive intelligence information obtained from the external competitive environment into the internal enterprise,so as to realize the integration of the external competitive intelligence information and the enterprise management,which is conducive to the enterprise’s exploratory innovation.
