摘　　要：【目的/意义】将复杂网络理论借鉴到产业联盟中并给出知识共享的流程,以促进联盟整体创新能力的提升。【方法/过程】通过对国内外文献回顾,分析了产业联盟知识共享过程,主要包括知识获取、知识存储、知识服务;并通过提升知识共享过程效率,赋能中国新能源汽车产业联盟,增强产业联盟知识创新能力。【结果/结论】通过论证进一步证明,产业联盟发展的核心驱动是:"核心企业通过知识共享实现组织知识创新来提高产业联盟的组织效率、进而实现提升联盟成功率的最终目标"。【Purpose/significance】The complex network theory is used for reference in the industrial alliance,and the process of knowledge sharing is given to promote the overall innovation ability of the alliance.【Method/process】Based on the literature review at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the knowledge sharing process of industrial alliance,which mainly includes knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage and knowledge service.By improving the efficiency of knowledge sharing process,China’s new energy automobile industry alliance can be enabled and the knowledge innovation ability of industrial alliance can be enhanced.【Result/conclusion】Through the demonstration,it is further proved that the core driving force of the development of industrial alliance is:"core enterprises realize organizational knowledge innovation through knowledge sharing to improve the organizational efficiency of industrial alliance,and then achieve the ultimate goal of improving the success rate of the alliance".
