摘　　要：《史记》中的屠岸贾在后世的文学演绎中成为最为著名的奸臣形象之一,但就《史记》的整体叙述而言,关于屠岸贾的言语行为十分有限,叙述平实,甚少修饰。据其职务而论,屠岸贾以中大夫身份担任"小司寇",责难诘问赵盾弑君之罪,据职以询,实难称过。据其行为而论,"不请"违礼,"擅杀"无度,"既僭且滥",虽在其职,悖于仁道,不容于传统。据名而论,屠岸贾当为"犬人"属下之"贾",系"庶人在官",职位低下。首见于史的小人物屠岸贾实为"酷吏"之始,暗蕴着司马迁的褒贬态度。Tu Angu in Shiji(The historical records)has become one of the most notorious cruel officials in later literary evolution.However,as far as the overall narrative of Shiji is concerned,the related account of Tu Angu is not much nor dramatic.Tu Angu had no fault in interrogating Zhao Dun's charge of murder concerning his position.But he did it without proper referring to the superior,and overdone the case in condemning suspects to death,which went against the convention and humanity.Moreover,he was not in the right position to handle the case.Tu Angu who first appeared in Shiji is the first cruel official recorded in history.This also reflected the attitude of Sima Qian.
