摘　　要：泛素特异性蛋白酶7(USP7)是泛素特异性修饰酶家族中的成员之一,通过与癌蛋白、抑癌蛋白甚至致瘤病毒的相关蛋白相互作用,在肿瘤的发生和进展中发挥着一定作用。研究发现USP7在肺癌、宫颈癌、鼻咽癌、骨肉瘤和前列腺癌等多种癌组织中有表达,因肿瘤差异其预后意义不同。因此,USP7可作为部分肿瘤诊断和预后的新型治疗靶点。本文主要关于USP7在肿瘤发病中的作用做一综述。Ubiquitin-specific protease 7(USP7)is a member of the ubiquitin-specific modification enzyme family and plays an important role in the occurrence and progression of tumors by interacting with oncoproteins,tumor suppressor proteins,and even oncovirus-causing proteins.USP7 is expressed in various cancer tissues such as lung cancer,cervical cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,osteosarcoma,and prostatic cancer,and it correlates to diverse prognosis of different cancers.Therefore,USP7 can be used as a novel therapeutic target for the diagnosis and prognosis of partial tumors.This article mainly reviews the research progress of the role of USP7 in the pathogenesis of cancer.
