自由式滑雪空中技巧项目可持续发展研究

摘　　要：自由式滑雪空中技巧项目是我国冬季运动中的优势项目,为实现该项目的可持续发展需要把握好科学选材、系统培养等重要发展要素,以此保证空中技巧项目所需的训练资源和项目的独特性。通过查阅大量的相关文献资料,以项目特点为背景,以可持续发展为主题,对东北三省地区空中技巧项目人员进行相关的访谈调查与分析研究。探索现阶段自由式滑雪空中技巧项目青少年运动员训练影响因素,并提出可持续发展的对策方法。为扩大我国自由式滑雪空中技巧项目后备力量的储备范围以及提高青少年运动员的成绩水平提供经验借鉴,同时为北京2022年冬奥会厚植竞技人才,为该项目不断科学发展奠定坚实基础。Aerials offreestyle skiing have been an advantage of China in winter sports.In order to realise thesustainable development of this project,as well as the scientific selection ofmaterials and the important developmental elementsof systematic training,weshould ensure the uniqueness of training resources and training projectsrequired by the aerials of skiing,and give full play to the superiority of Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning provinces in China to develop the project.Therefore,this essayconsults a large number of relevant literature and materials,taking theproject characteristics as the background and sustainable development as thetheme.Relevant interviews,investigations,and researches were conducted onthe aerial skill project personnel in these three eastern provinces.Explorethe influencing factors of young athletes’training in the aerial of freestyleskiing in Northeast China at the present stage,and propose correspondingsolutions.In order to expand the reserve range of reserve forces for freestyleaerial of skiing in China and improve the performance level of young athletes.At the same time,it will lay a solid foundation for the Beijing 2022 WinterOlympics to cultivate talents so that the project will continue to developscientifically.
