摘 要:通过辩论培养人的思维能力的做法自古有之。我校刑法教学团队自2012年进行刑法案例辩论实训教学的探索和实践以来,发现案例辩论在提高学生的法律思维能力、口语表达能力、应变能力、人际协调能力、文书写作能力等综合素质方面具有其它实训活动方式所不可比拟的作用。2020年新冠病毒疫情期间,因为有2019年成功举办学院第一届刑法案例辩论赛的基础,我们又举办了线上刑法案例辩论赛。通过多年的实训教学和两次辩论赛,我们总结了许多实训教学的经验,现以此文供同行们借鉴和批评,以期能不断完善实训教学的内容和方法,更好地服务于广大学生。The practice of cultivating people’s thinking ability through debate has existed since ancient times.Since the exploration and practice of criminal law case debate training in 2012,the criminal law teaching team of our school has found that case debate can improve students’legal thinking ability,oral expression ability,adaptability,interpersonal coordination ability,document writing ability and other comprehensive qualities.It has an incomparable role in other training activities.During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020,we held the online criminal law case debate on the basis of the successful holding of the college’s first criminal law case debate in 2019.Through years of practical teaching and two debate competitions,many practical teaching experiences are summarized in this article for reference and criticism of colleagues,in order to continuously improve the content and methods of practical teaching and better serve the majority of students.
