10%过氧化脲内漂白42例老年患者无髓变色牙的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察10%过氧化脲(carbamide peroxide,CP)内漂白老年患者无髓变色牙的临床效果。方法:42例无髓变色牙经过根管治疗后,采用10%过氧化脲(carbamide peroxide,CP)进行内漂白,观察其有效率。结果:漂白后,显效和有效为治疗总有效数,有效41例,有效率达97.6%。12个月复查时仅有2例显效病例复色至有效范围。结论:42例患牙牙冠变色原因主要有牙髓坏死、根管治疗不完善、髓腔钙化三个方面。10%CP对无髓变色牙具有良好的漂白作用,且对牙齿损伤小,可反复进行,而且随着漂白药物的发展及临床操作技术的完善和进步,内漂白效果显著,并发症发生率低,成为很多无髓变色牙的治疗选择之一,也是全瓷冠修复前的治疗准备之一。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of 10%carbamide peroxide(CP)in bleaching the discolored teeth of the aged patients without pulp.Methods:42 cases of pulpless discolored teeth were treated with 10%carbamide peroxide(CP)for internal bleaching,and the effective rate was observed.Meanwhile the possible side effects were inspected.Results:The total effective rate was 97.6%right post internal bleaching procedure.At the time of 12-month reexamination,only 2 cases with significant effect were recolored to the effective range.Conclusion:The main causes of crown discoloration in 42 cases were pulp necrosis,incomplete root canal treatment and calcification of pulp cavity.10%CP has good bleaching effect on pulpless discolored teeth.With the development of bleaching drugs and the improvement of clinical operation technology,the internal bleaching effect is significant and the incidence of complications is low.It has become one of the treatment options for many pulpless discolored teeth and one of the treatment preparations before all ceramic crown restoration.
