摘 要:在汽车排放标准由国六取代国五的过程中,针对某款车型在设计开发时排气系统产生的轴向模态问题进行研究和设计优化。利用Hyperworks和Nastran对排气系统进行仿真分析,找出轴向共振模态下的位移量和动态应力最大的位置,再对该位置的结构从几个维度进行结构更改,通过模型仿真找出最合适的优化方案,使排气系统在约束模态频率下该位置的动态应力最小,从而解决该轴向模态问题,同时也为排气系统在汽车国六排放的设计开发中遇到的轴向模态问题提供了解决方案。In the process of the national five emission standards replacing the national five emission standards,the exhaust system axial mode problem happened during the design development of a certain vehicle,it is studied and optimized in this article.HyperWorks and NASTRAN are used to simulate and analyze the exhaust system.Finding out the position with the largest displacement and dynamic stress under the axial resonance mode.Considering several factors,the structure of this position changed to find out the most appropriate optimization scheme through the model simulation.The optimization scheme minimize the dynamic stress of this position under the exhaust system constraint mode frequency,thus,the axial mode problem can be solved.At the same time,it also provides a solution for the axial mode problems encountered in the design development of exhaust system in the national five emission standards.
