摘  要:汽车驱动电机壳体铝合金铸件内部结构复杂,内腔为封闭式水道,上下水道壁厚最薄处仅为2mm,为满足设计要求,按以往经验调试压铸制造模式,进行铸造工艺开发,生产效率并不理想。为此,利用铸造模拟软件对某型号电机壳体铝合金铸件的金属型低压铸造工艺充型、凝固过程进行模拟分析,了解其在充型、凝固过程中温度场的分布情况并且预测该铸件中缺陷的分布情况,提出了工艺改进方案,通过对工艺参数的优化,有效地减少铸件的缩孔、缩松等缺陷的发生。The internal structure of the aluminum alloy castings of the automobile drive motor housing is complicated.The inner cavity is a closed water channel.The thickness of the up and down water channel is only 2mm at the thinnest point.In order to satisfy the design requirement,the die casting manufacturing mode has been commissioned to develop the casting process as per old experience,but the production efficiency is not ideal.For this reason,the casting simulation software has been used to simulate and analyze the filling and solidification process of the metal type low pressure casting process of a certain type of motor housing aluminum alloy castings.The temperature field distribution during the filling and solidification process has been known and the distribution of defects in the castings has been predicted.The process improvement plan has been proposed,through the optimization of process parameters,the occurrence of defects such as shrinkage and porosity of the casting has been effectively reduced.
