摘 要:悬挂式单轨交通系统具有投入成本少、适应地形能力强、能耗低以及运输能力适中的优势,在中等城市中有着广阔的发展前景,并且在国外已经得到了非常广泛的应用。结合一座(40+60+40)m悬挂式连续钢轨道梁桥设计,根据相应设计规范,利用MIDAS/CIVIL软件建立基于梁单元的全桥空间有限元模型,分析该桥在不同荷载组合下的应力与变形;并研究比较各截面参数对结构强度、刚度以及用钢量的影响;最后以用钢量最省为目标对该桥提出新方案,以达到降低工程成本,减小施工难度的目的。研究结果表明:原方案下结构在最不利的荷载组合下的变形与受力均远未达到规范容许限值;提出新方案后,结构用钢量节省16.4%,且受力与变形均在容许范围内。因此新方案能够在减少桥梁用钢量的同时,满足结构承载能力的要求。Suspended monorail transit system has the advantages of low cost,strong terrain adaptability,low energy consumption and moderate transportation capacity.It has a broad development prospect in medium-sized cities and has been widely used in foreign countries.Combined with the design of a(40+60+40)m suspended continuous steel track girder bridge,MIDAS/CIVIL software is used to establish the finite element model of the whole bridge based on beam elements according to the corresponding design specifications,so as to analyze the stresses and deformations of the bridge under different load combinations.The influence of the section parameters on the structural strength,stiffness and consumption of steel is also studied.Finally,a new scheme is proposed to minimize the consumption of steel and lower project cost and reduce construction difficulties.The results show that the deformation and stress of the structure under the most unfavorable load combination in the original scheme are far from the allowable limit.With the new scheme,the consumption of steel can be reduced by 16.4%,and the stress and deformation are both within the allowable ranges.The new scheme can effectively reduce the consumption of steel and provide sufficient load capacity.
