思想分析视角下辅导员谈心谈话“3S模式”研究

摘　　要：辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是开展大学生思想政治教育、从事德育工作的骨干力量,是大学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友。谈心谈话是高校辅导员的一项重要工作内容,辅导员谈心谈话是辅导员日常工作中必备技能,有越来越多的人关注到谈心谈话的实效性,也不断在探索新的方法,因为只有创新方法才能不断贴近新时代的学生,引导学生健康成长。文章试图从思想分析的视角来探索一种新的谈心谈话模式——“3S”模式(solution找到解决办法,story将思路形成故事,simple使问题变得简单),并结合实际工作中遇到的学生问题来验证这一方法。Counselors are an important part of the teaching and management team in colleges and universities.They are the backbone of ideological and political education and moral education for college students.They are also the life tutors and bosom friends of healthy growth of college students.Heart-to-heart talk is an important part of college counselors'work.Heart-to-heart talk is a necessary skill for counselors'daily work.More and more people are concerned about the effectiveness of heart-to-heart talk and are constantly exploring new methods,because only innovative methods can keep close to students in the new era and guide students to grow healthily.This paper attempts to explore a new mode of heart-to-heart conversation from the perspective of thought analysis——"3S"mode(solution,story,simple),and to verify this method combined with the students'problems encountered in practical work.
