手球边锋技术能力与提升策略探究

摘　　要：手球比赛是以得分多少来决定胜负的,优秀边锋队员在比赛中进攻阶段等于是一把得分的尖刀,在一场势均力敌比赛中,发挥边锋得分作用是至关重要的,如何去发挥边锋作用,提高边锋得分能力,是每位运动员和教练员都在不断思考,反复研究的问题。以北京男手为例,通过现场观看第十三届全运会男子手球比赛和运用录像观察法反复看同年全国男子手球比赛录像,分析阵地进攻技术,更充分的了解边锋阵地进攻技术的特点,从而使今后的比赛中边锋阵地进攻技术更加多样性,更具个人攻击能力、更多的个人威胁。本文主要是论述边锋的进攻技术,为年轻队员以后更好的发展做为参考。Handball is decided by scores.Excellent winger is a sharp knife in the offence stage of the game.In a close match,it is very important to play the role of winger scoring.How to play the role of winger and improve the ability of winger scoring is a problem that every player and coach are constantly thinking about and repeatedly studying.Taking Beijing men’s handball team as an example,through watching the men’s handball match of the 13th National Games on the spot and using the video observation method to repeatedly watch the video of the same year’s national men’s handball match,this paper analyzes the position attack technology,and fully understands the characteristics of the position attack skills,so as to make the position attack skills more diversified with more personal attack and threats in the future.This paper mainly discusses the attack skills of the winger,which can be used as a reference for the better development of the young players.
