摘  要:选用252 k V下元件和126 kV支柱瓷绝缘子,利用动态电阻应变仪研究支柱瓷绝缘子弯矩试验等效性问题,试验结果表明:等同弯矩下,两种支柱瓷绝缘子应变变化规律类似,都是表现出随着施力高度的增加,以样品高度和延长杆高度两者总高为换算基准时,拉压应力状态下对应的应变值都逐渐增大,以施力点距应变片粘贴处高度为换算基准时,应变值基本不变;按照国标进行弯曲负荷试验时,等同弯矩下,随着施力高度的增加,除最底部外,其余位置的弯矩并不等效,且随着距底部越远,弯矩值增加幅度越大。126 kV支柱瓷绝缘子等同弯矩试验下的断裂现象,表明支柱瓷绝缘子单一向的顶端弯曲负荷试验存在一定程度的局限性,为全面考核样品的整体机械性能,尝试给出三点建议。With the use of the lower element of 252 k V and 126 k V post porcelain insulator,the equivalence bending moment for post porcelain insulator was studied by dynamic strain indicator. The experimental results showed that the strain variation law of the two kinds of post porcelain insulator is similar,which is shown that with the increase of applied force height,the corresponding strain values increase gradually under tensile and compressive stress state when the total height of sample height and extension rod height are taken as conversion datum,and the strain values is basically unchanged when the height of between the force point and the adhesive point is the conversion datum. When the bending load test is carried out according to the national standard,with the increase of applied force height,the bending moment is not equivalent except at the bottom,and the more distance from the bottom,the greater the bending moment increases. The fracture phenomenon of the126 k V post porcelain insulator under the same bending moment test indicates that the single direction for top bending load test of post porcelain insulator has a certain extent of limitations. In order to assess the overall mechanical performance of samples,the author tried to put forward three suggestions.
