康复新液联合共同参与型医患互动模式对口腔正畸慢性牙龈炎患儿牙周康复指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复新液联合共同参与型医患互动模式对口腔正畸慢性牙龈炎患儿牙龈肿胀、牙周指标及安全性的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月笔者医院儿童口腔科收治的312例口腔正畸慢性牙龈炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=156)和研究组(n=156)。对照组采用单纯牙龈清洁术治疗,研究组在此基础上联合康复新液治疗,期间均给予共同参与型医患互动模式进行干预,疗程2周,随访1个月。比较两组治疗前后的临床效果、牙龈疼痛度、肿胀度及牙周指标情况,统计两组随访期间的并发症发生情况。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率为96.79%,显著高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05)。研究组牙龈疼痛度和肿胀度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数均较治疗前降低,研究组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为10.26%,显著低于对照组的22.44%(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合共同参与型医患互动模式可明显减轻口腔正畸慢性牙龈炎患儿牙龈疼痛度和肿胀度,并能改善患儿牙周指标,具有较高安全性,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of kangfuxinye combined with co-participation model of doctor-patient interaction on gum swelling,periodontal index and safety in children with orthodontic chronic gingivitis.Methods A total of 312 children with chronic orthodontic chronic gingivitis who were admitted to the department of pediatric stomatology in our hospital between January 2019 and January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=156)and the research group(n=156).The control group was treated with simple gum cleaning,and the research group was treated with kangfuxin liquid,during the period,the patient-patient interaction mode was given to intervene,the course of treatment was 2 weeks,and the follow-up was 1 month.The clinical effects,gum pain and swelling of the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment were compared,and the periodontal index before and after 2 weeks of treatment were compared;the occurrence of complications during the during follow-up in the two groups were counted.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 96.79%,which was obviously higher than that in the control group(79.49%)(P<0.05).The gum pain and swelling of the research group were obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,the plaque index,gingival index,and gingival groove bleeding index in both groups decreased,and the research group were obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was 10.26%,obviously lower than the 22.44%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxinye combined with co-participation model of doctor-patient interaction can significantly reduce the pain and swelling of the gums in children with orthodontic chronic gingivitis and can improve the periodontal index of children,it has high safety and efficacy significantly.
