摘 要:成都金控广场A,B座为非对称连体高层结构,两座塔楼层数及层高均相同,但平面尺寸及刚度差异明显,两座塔楼在16-20层通过钢桁架刚性连接形成连体结构。对比分析了单塔结构及连体结构的动力特性,并进行多模型对比确定弹塑性分析模型的精确性,利用有限元软件ABAQUS进行连体结构大震弹塑性动力时程分析。采用基于材料本构的纤维模型,“宏观”上分析大震下连体结构弹塑性变形并与单塔结构进行对比,分析大震弹塑性时程及大震弹性时程的地震剪力,并进行能量响应分析,得到结构在大震下的能量反应规律;“微观”上对结构关键部位及构件进行抗震性能评价,得到了剪力墙、关键楼板及结构连体区构件的损伤及屈服状态,对结构及构件进行大震下抗震性能安全评价,针对薄弱部位提出抗震加强措施,以优化设计。Chengdu Jinkong Square Tower A,B is an asymmetric connected high-rise structure.The number of floors and height of the two towers are the same,but the difference in plane size and stiffness is obvious.The two towers are rigidly connected by steel trusses on the 16th to 20th floors to form a connected structure.The dynamic characteristics of single tower structure and the connected structure were compared and analyzed,and the accuracy of the elasto-plastic analysis model was determined by the comparison of multiple models.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the elastoplastic dynamic time history of rare earthquakes of the connected structure.The fiber model based on material constitutive was used to do the macroscopic analysis.The overall response of the elastoplastic deformation of the connected structure under rare earthquakes was analyzed and compared with the single tower structure.The seismic shear force in the elastoplastic and elastic time history of rare earthquakes were analyzed.The energy response analysis was carried out to obtain the energy response law of the structure under the rare earthquakes.The seismic performance of the key parts and components of the structure was evaluated on the microscopic level,and the damage and yielding status of shear walls,key floor slabs and components in the structural conjoined area were obtained,and seismic performance safety evaluation of the structure and the components under rare earthquakes was carried out.Anti-seismic strengthening measures were proposed for weak parts to optimize the structural design.
