基于网络平台的“食品生产技术”课程线上教学模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：疫情当前,从“食品生产技术”课程目标的确定、教学内容的设计、精美课件的制作、习题库的建立、录课、基于网络平台的线上教学方面进行了线上教学模式的探索实践,提出线上教学的优势与不足和未来课程改革的方向,充分利用网络平台,把线上教学作为今后课程教学模式改革的有机组成部分,有效提升教学效果,推动当前高校教育模式的转变。Under the current epidemic,online teaching mode of food production technology courses has been explored and practiced from the determination of course objectives、design of teaching content、production of qualified courseware、establishment of exercise bank、recording class、Online teaching based on network platform,Put forward the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching and the direction of future curriculum reform have been put forward.Makeing full use of the network platform,take online teaching as an organic part of the course teaching mode reform in the future,to improve effectively teaching effect and promote the transformation of the current mode of higher education.
