摘  要:为探讨香菇(Lentinus edodes)多糖对力竭运动大鼠外周血炎症反应的抑制作用,筛选SD大鼠50只作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组5组(每组10只),分别为安静组、运动组、低剂量运动给药组、中剂量运动给药组、高剂量运动给药组。安静组不运动组,其他组进行隔天一次的力竭游泳训练,共20 d,运动给药组每日灌服香菇多糖溶液(30 mg.kg^-1),其他2组给予同体积生理盐水。末次训练后,测定大鼠体质量、力竭游泳时间、外周血诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、白介-1β(IL1β)、白介-6(IL-6)、白介-10(IL-10)。结果表明:运动组、低剂量运动给药组、中剂量运动给药组、高剂量运动给药组大鼠体重分别为(234.22±12.11)g、(257.27±13.27)g、(261.23±14.28)g、(259.23±13.22)g,iNOS含量分别为(0.31±0.04)U·mL^-1、(0.49±0.03)U·mL^-1、(0.51±0.03)U·mL^-1、(0.50±0.02)U·mL^-1,IL-10含量分别为(8.21±2.01)ng·mL^-1、(22.46±3.21)ng·mL^-1、(19.46±2.25)ng·mL^-1、(20.46±2.1)ng·mL^-1,均低于安静组(P<0.05);运动组、低剂量运动给药组、中剂量运动给药组、高剂量运动给药组IL-1β含量分别为(70.37±7.21)ng·mL^-1、(43.21±5.64)ng·mL^-1、(42.22±5.65)ng·mL^-1、(44.22±5.13)ng·mL^-1,IL-6含量分别为(87.11±8.89)ng·mL^-1、(71.22±7.72)ng·mL^-1、(69.22±6.71)ng·mL^-1、(68.27±6.23)ng·mL^-1,均高于安静组(P<0.05);低剂量运动给药组、中剂量运动给药组、高剂量运动给药组体重、力竭游泳时间、iNOS均高于运动组,P<0.05;低剂量运动给药组、中剂量运动给药组、高剂量运动给药组3组的比较中,体重、iNOS、力竭游泳时间、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10均无显著性差异,中等剂量为最佳。低剂量运动给药组、中剂量运动给药组、高剂量运动给药组IL-1β、IL-6均低于运动组,IL-10高于运动组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明香菇多糖通过抑制炎症介质、促炎因子分泌,提升抗炎因子分泌,促进机�In order to investigate the inhibitory effect of the Polysaccharides of Lentinus edodes on peripheral blood inflammatory response in rats after exhaustive exercise,50 SD rats were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group(10 rats in each group),including quiet group,exercise group,low-dose exercise medication group,middle dose exercise medication group and high-dose exercise medication group.The rest group was given exhaustive swimming training every other day for 20 days.The exercise medication group was given lentinan solution(30 mg·kg^-1),and the other two groups were given the same volume of normal saline.After the last training,the body weight,exhaustive swimming time,peripheral blood inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-10(IL-10)were measured.The results showed that the body weight of exercise group,low-dose exercise medication group,middle dose exercise medication group and high-dose exercise medication group were(234.22±12.11)g,(257.27±13.27)g,(261.23±14.28)g,(259.23±13.22)g,and the contents of iNOS were(0.31±0.04)U·mL^-1,(0.49±0.03)U·mL^-1,(0.51±0.03)U·mL^-1,(0.50±0.02)U·mL^-1,respectively.The levels of IL-1βwere(8.21±2.01)ng·mL^-1,(22.46±3.21)ng·mL^-1,(19.46±2.25)ng·mL^-1,(20.46±2.1)ng·mL^-1,which were lower than those in the quiet group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1βin the exercise group,lowdose exercise group,middle dose exercise group and high-dose exercise group were(70.37±7.21)ng·mL^-1,(43.21±5.64)ng·mL^-1,(42.22±5.65)ng·mL^-1,(44.22±5.65)ng·mL^-1,respectively.The levels of IL-6 were(87.11±8.89)ng·mL^-1,(71.22±7.72)ng·mL^-1,(69.22±6.71)ng·mL^-1 and(68.27±6.23)ng·mL^-1,respectively,which were higher than those in the quiet group(P<0.05).The body weight,exhaustive swimming time and iNOS in the low-dose exercise medication group,middle dose exercise medication group,and high-dose exercise medication group were higher than those in the exercise group(P<0.05).There were no signi
