摘　　要：随着工业经济的发展,中小企业在解决就业、增加税收、出口创汇等方面发挥着大企业不可替代的作用。特别是在广大的县域地区,中小企业更是处于至关重要的地位。巢湖市政府一直高度重视中小企业成长。论文从产业集群资源视角,分析巢湖市中小企业成长存在问题的主要原因,利用SWOT分析法对安徽省巢湖市中小企业产业集群内部的优势与劣势、外部的机遇与威胁进行分析。With the development of industrial economy,small and medium-sized enterprises play an irreplaceable role that cannot be replaced by large enterprises in solving employment,increasing taxes,earning foreign exchange through exports and other aspects.Especially in the vast county areas,small and medium-sized enterprises are in a crucial position.Chaohu Municipal Government has always attached great importance to the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.From the perspective of industrial cluster resources,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the problems existing in the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chaohu City,and analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of small and medium-sized enterprises industrial clusters in Chaohu City,Anhui Province by using SWOT analysis method.
