摘　　要：在现代企业管理中,企业文化是企业的核心价值观,是企业管理的灵魂和精神支柱,对员工的行为具有一定的约束和激励作用,对企业的管理起着重要的作用,“以人为本”的企业文化观是把个体文化融入群体文化之中,以此产生合力和效力,能够激励企业管理者和员工归属感、积极性、创造性,从而推动管理目标的实现,是企业发展中的核心内容,也是企业发展中的文化精髓。In the modern enterprise management,enterprise culture is the core values of an enterprise,is the soul of enterprise management and the spiritual pillar.It has a certain constraint and incentive effect on the behavior of employees and plays an important role in the management of enterprises.The"people-oriented"concept of enterprise culture is to integrate individual culture into group culture,so as to generate synergy and effectiveness,stimulate the sense of belonging,enthusiasm and creativity of enterprise managers and employees,and thus promote the realization of management goals.It is the core content of enterprise development and the cultural essence of enterprise development.
