卵巢浆液性肿瘤中IMP3和P16的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢浆液性肿瘤中胰岛素样生长因子IImRNA结合蛋白(IMP3)和P16蛋白的表达及意义。方法运用免疫组化SP法观察IMP3和P16蛋白在100例正常卵巢组织、204例良性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、42例卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤、64例卵巢浆液性腺癌中的表达情况。结果IMP3蛋白在正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、卵巢交界性肿瘤、卵巢浆液性腺癌中的阳性率分别为0.00%(0/100)、1.47%(3/204),9.52%(4/42),64.06%(41/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);P16蛋白在正常卵巢组织中的阳性率为3%(3/100),在良性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤中的阳性率为5.88%(12/204),在卵巢交界性肿瘤中的阳性率为85.71%(36/42),在卵巢浆液性腺癌中的阳性率为93.75%(60/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);IMP3蛋白的表达与卵巢浆液性腺癌患者的年龄无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤的分化程度、大小及临床分期均呈显著的相关性(P<0.05);P16蛋白的表达与卵巢浆液性腺癌患者的年龄及临床分期无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤的分化程度及大小均呈显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论IMP3、P16与卵巢浆液性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,对卵巢良性、交界性、恶性肿瘤的鉴别有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expressions and significances of insulin like growth factor-ⅡmRNA binding protein 3(IMP3)and p16 in serous ovarian tumor.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of IMP3(SP method)and p16(SP method)in 100 cases of normal ovarian tissue,204 cases of benign serous ovarian tumor,42 cases of ovarian borderline serous tumor,and 64 cases of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.Results The positive rates of IMP3 were 0.00%(0/100)in the normal ovarian tissue,1.47%(3/204)in the benign serous ovarian tumor,9.52%(4/42)in the ovarian borderline serous tumor and 64.06%(41/64)in the ovarian serous adenocarcinoma,respectively.The positive expression of p16 were 3.00%(3/100)in the normal ovarian tissue,5.88%(12/204)in the benign serous ovarian tumor,85.71%(36/42)in the ovarian borderline serous tumor and 93.75%(60/64)in the ovarian serous adenocarcinoma,respectively.The results showed that the expression of IMP3 was not correlated with the age(P>0.05),but the high expression of IMP3 in the ovarian serous adenocarcinoma was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation,the mass size and FIGO stage(P<0.05).The expression of P16 was not correlated with the age and FIGO stage(P>0.05),but the high expression of P16 in the ovarian serous adenocarcinoma was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation and the mass size(P<0.05).Conclusion IMP3 and p16 are closely correlated with the occurrence and development of the ovarian serous tumor,which were important significance in distinguishing the ovarian benign,borderline and malignant tumor.
