摘 要:目的研究异丙酚分子印迹聚合物微球(molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres,MIPMs)的制备工艺及表征。方法采用沉淀聚合法以异丙酚为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,乙腈为溶剂合成并优化制备异丙酚MIPMs。通过吸附试验,考察异丙酚MIPMs对异丙酚的吸附特性;通过红外、扫描电镜对其结构、形态进行表征分析。结果合成的最佳配比为:模板分子∶功能单体∶交联剂∶引发剂∶溶剂用量摩尔比为1∶6∶20∶0.5∶10000,所制备的MIPMs对异丙酚最大表观结合量为7.38μmol/g,吸附平衡时间为10 h,印迹因子为2.48,粒径在1~3μm。结论沉淀聚合法合成的MIPMs具有球形度好,无团聚,对异丙酚有特异性吸附能力,适用于异丙酚前处理中固相萃取柱填料的制备。Objective To study the preparation and characterization of propofol molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres.Methods Propofol molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres(MIPMs)wereoptimized and synthesized by precipitation polymerization with propofol as template molecule,methacrylic acid as functional monomer,ethyldiol methacrylate as cross-linking agent,azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator and acetonitrile as solvent.The adsorption characteristics of propofol MIPMs to propofol were investigated by adsorption test.Its structure and morphology were characterized by infrared and scanning electron microscopy.Results The best compound template molecule for synthesis∶functionalmonomer∶crosslinking agent∶initiator∶solvent molar ratio is 1∶6∶20∶0.5∶10000.The maximum apparent binding capacity of the prepared MIPMs to propofol is 7.38μmol/g,the equilibrium time was 10 h,the imprinting factor was 2.48,and the particle size was 1~3μm.Conclusion The imprinted microspheres synthesized by precipitation polymerization have good sphericity,no agglomeration and specific adsorption capacity for propofol,which is suitable for the preparation of solid phase extraction column packing in propofol pretreatment.
