摘  要:本文以青橄榄中的没食子酸为研究对象,采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3,流动相为0.1%磷酸溶液-甲醇(体积比为91:9),在219 nm波长处进行测定,柱温为35℃,流速为1 mL/min,10μL为进样量,峰面积外标法对青橄榄中的没食子酸含量进行测定。结果显示该方法准确,专属性良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性较高灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为青橄榄中没食子酸含量的测定。The gallic acid in green olives was taken as the research object,HPLC method was adopted,the column was Inertsil ODS-3,and the mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid solution-methanol(volume ratio 91:9).The measurement was performed at a wavelength of 219 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the injection volume was 10μL,and the peak area external standard method was used to determine the gallic acid content in green olives.The results show that the method is accurate,with good specificity,high precision,stability,repeatability,high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and can be used for the determination of gallic acid content in green olives.
