摘 要:目的:评价血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平与SPECT全身骨显像Soloway分级的关系及两者联合诊断前列腺癌骨转移中的临床价值。方法:对我院2015年1月至2019年8月收治的45例前列腺癌患者的临床检测相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果:45例全身骨显像结果显示33例发生骨转移(73.3%),骨转移阳性组血清PSA水平显著高于骨转移阴性组(P<0.01)。患者全身骨显像等级的上升其PSA水平逐渐升高。Spearman秩相关性分析结果显示,骨显像分级与血清PSA水平呈正相关(rs=0.713,P<0.05)。结论:前列腺癌患者骨转移的阳性率与血清PSA水平密切相关,其PSA水平随着骨显像分级逐渐增高;临床应密切观察前列腺癌患者血清PSA水平并与全身骨显像联合应用,对早期发现前列腺癌骨转移并提高其检出率具有较高的临床价值。Objective:To evaluate the relationship between serum prostate specific antigen(PSA)level and Soloway classification of SPECT whole body bone imaging and the clinical value of the two combined detection in the diagnosis of prostate cancer bone metastasis.Method:The clinical data of 45 patients with prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from Jan 2015 to Aug 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The results of 45 cases of whole body bone imaging showed that 33 cases had bone metastasis(73.3%).The serum PSA level of bone metastasis positive group was significantly higher than that of bone metastasis negative group(P<0.01).As the patient’s whole body bone imaging level increased,serum PSA level gradually increased.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the grade of bone imaging was positively correlated with serum PSA level(rs=0.713,P<0.05).Conclusions:The positive rate of bone metastasis in patients with prostate cancer is closely related to the level of serum PSA,and the PSA level gradually increases with the grade of bone imaging.The serum PSA level in patients with prostate cancer should be closely observed in clinic,and its combination with whole body bone imaging has high clinical value for early detection of prostate cancer bone metastasis and improving its detection rate.
