翳风、下关深刺配合调神二穴为主治疗面肌痉挛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察翳风、下关深刺配合调神二穴为主治疗面肌痉挛的疗效。方法60例面肌痉挛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组予口服卡马西平治疗,治疗组予翳风、下关深刺配合调神二穴(百会、印堂)为主针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后面肌痉挛强度及频度变化,并评估临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,优于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后面肌痉挛强度及频度的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翳风、下关深刺配合调神二穴为主是治疗面肌痉挛的有效方法。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of deep needling at Yifeng and Xiaguan combined with two points of adjusting emotion on hemifacial spasm.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with Carbamazepine orally;the treatment group was treated with deep needling at Yifeng and Xiaguan combined with two points of adjusting emotion(Baihui and Yintang).The intensity and frequency of hemifacial spasm were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,better than that of the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).The improvement of the intensity and frequency of hemifacial spasm in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep needling at Yifeng and Xiaguan combined with two points of adjusting emotion is an effective method to treat hemifacial spasm.
