态靶辨证在脾肾阳虚型抑郁症中的运用——四逆汤加仙茅、淫羊藿、巴戟天

摘　　要：抑郁状态,是一种常见的心境障碍,指没有明确奋斗目标,精神颓废的状态,严重者可出现自杀念头和行为。现代医学通过多种抗抑郁药物进行治疗,但因抗抑郁药物的副作用等问题,许多患者求助于中医药治疗。仝小林院士在临床中擅长应用经方,所愈疑难杂症不知凡几,经过不断总结,形成了独具学术特色的"态靶辨证"组方思想,在脾肾阳虚型抑郁症中取得良好疗效。仝教授以脾肾阳虚为态,抑郁焦虑为靶,通过仙茅、淫羊藿、巴戟天温补肾阳,四逆汤温中祛寒,振奋肾阳,益火之源,以消阴翳,共同调态,以淫羊藿、淫羊藿、巴戟天的激素样作用改善机体功能打靶,态靶辨治,效如桴鼓。Depression,a common mood disorder,refers to a state of mental decadence without a clear goal. Serious patients may have suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Modern medicine uses many kinds of antidepressants,but because of the side effects of antidepressants,many patients turn to traditional Chinese medicine for help. Professor TONG Xiaolin is good at the application of classical Chinese medicine in clinical practice,and has cured many difficult and miscellaneous diseases. After continuous summary,he has formed the unique thought of"state-target syndrome differentiation"and has achieved good effect in the depression of Yang,deficiency of spleen and kidney. Professor TONG,takes Yang,deficiency of spleen and kidneyas the state,depression and anxiety as the target,through Xianmao( Festuca arundinacea),Yinyanghuo( Epimedium brevicornum) and Bajitian( Morinda officinalis) to warm and invigoratekidney Yang and Sini Decoction to warm the middle and dispel cold,benefit the source of deficiency fire and eliminate Yin symptoms and regulate the state together. Improving the body function by the hormone-like effect of Xianmao( Festuca arundinacea),Yinyanghuo( Epimedium brevicornum) and Bajitian( Morinda officinalis) and state-target differentiation have agood curative effect.
