摘　　要：恶性肿瘤靶向治疗凭借其特异性与靶向性,在肿瘤治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用,成为肿瘤治疗的主攻方向;中医针灸拥有独立的经络循行网络系统,在治疗疾病过程中也发挥着"气至病所"的靶向功效。随着针灸治疗在恶性肿瘤中的应用越来越广泛,作者根据团队前期的工作基础及肿瘤临床工作中亟需解决的问题提出针灸"靶向"思维在恶性肿瘤中应用的理念和拓展,以期能更好地发挥祖国医学的优势,真正做到中西融合,起到协同抑瘤增效减毒的作用。并合理的梳理了恶性肿瘤治疗中"靶"的位置,以便于针灸灵活的针对这些靶点进行治疗。同时,也总结了目前针灸治疗恶性肿瘤的现状和存在的局限性。并呼吁同道继续坚持和努力推广针灸"靶向"思维,为肿瘤患者的治疗提供新的思路。Due to its specificity and targeting,targeted therapy of malignant tumors plays an increasingly important role in tumor therapy,and has become the main direction of tumor therapy. TCM acupuncture has an independent meridian and circulation network system,and it is also used in the treatment of diseases. It exerts the targeting effect of"Qi to the disease place". As the application of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in malignant tumors is becoming more and more extensive,the author proposed the concept and expansion of the application of acupuncture "targeting"thinking in malignant tumors based on the team’s early work foundation and the problems that need to be solved in the clinical work of tumors. It can give full play to the advantages of the motherland medicine,truly achieve the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,and play a synergistic role in suppressing tumors,increasing efficacy and reducing toxicity. And we rationally sorted out the location of "targets"in the treatment of malignant tumors,so that acupuncture can flexibly treat these targets. At the same time,it also summarized the current status and limitations of acupuncture treatment of malignant tumors. And it called on colleagues to continue to insist and strive to promote the"targeting"thinking of acupuncture to provide new ideas for the treatment of cancer patients.
