摘　　要：淫羊藿苷为我国传统中药淫羊藿的主要单体成分,其对生殖系统、心脑血管系统、神经内分泌系统及免疫系统等多方面有较强的生物学作用,并具有抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤等功效。近年来淫羊藿苷在改善免疫功能、抗肿瘤方面的作用已成为研究热点。文章梳理大量相关文献,简要阐述了淫羊藿苷的生物学特性、淫羊藿苷在体内的代谢吸收以及敏感的靶器官,并从淫羊藿苷调节NK细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、T淋巴细胞等免疫细胞、相关细胞的免疫分子,影响雄激素受体调节神经内分泌网络系统,以及在基因水平上调控癌基因和抑癌基因几个方面归纳总结了淫羊藿苷抗肿瘤的免疫调节作用,进而探索其潜在的应用价值,为其治疗肿瘤提供科学依据。Icariin is the main monomer component of Epimedium,which has a strong biological effect on the reproductive system,cardio-cerebrovascular system,neuroendocrine system and immune system,and has anti-aging,anti-aging fatigue,anti-tumor and other effects. In recent years,it has become a research hotspot that icariin works on improving immune function and anti-tumor. This article summarized a large number of related literature,briefly described the biological characteristics of icariin,metabolic absorption in the body and sensitive target organs. Meanwhile it also stated the anti-tumor immunomodulatory effect of icariin from regulating the immune cells such as NK cells,macrophages,dendritic cells,T lymphocytes and immune molecules of related cells,affecting androgen receptors to regulate the neuroendocrine network system,and regulating oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes at the genetic level,in order that we can explore its potential application value and provide a scientific basis for its treatment of tumors.
