摘  要:液态隔音阻尼材料的黏度对其自动化喷涂至关重要。通过确定ABB IRB-4400机器人设备的压力、流速、移动速度等运行参数,进行不同黏度的液态隔音阻尼材料的喷涂。检测了所得胶条的外形尺寸及应用性能,进行了尺寸数据分析和应用性能对比,总结了黏度因素对喷涂尺寸及应用性能的影响。结果表明:黏度值在2.4~3.5Pa·s之间的液态隔音阻尼材料喷涂后的胶条使用性能最优。In this paper,the liquid sound damping materials of different viscosities were sprayed by determining the operating parameters such as pressure,flow rate and moving speed of ABB IRB-4400 robot equipment. The dimensions and application properties of the obtained strips were measured. The dimensional data analysis and application performance comparison were carried out,and the influences of viscosity factors on the spray size and application performance were summarized. Results showed that the performance of the strip after spraying the liquid sound damping material with viscosity value between 2.4 Pa·s and 3.5 Pa·s was optimal.
