摘  要:附子炮制前后毒性对比实验是中药药理学实验最基础实验之一,本次实验进行创新改革探索,改变以前只是研究炮制减毒药理效应为通过实验使得不同专业学生从中药学、方剂学、炮制学和中药药理学等学科知识来分析了解有毒中药与来源、饮片、剂量、煎煮方法、解毒等多因素综合作用的结果。对课堂教育教学过程也进行改革,改变以前实验准备由实验带课教师完全准备为部分工作由教师指导部分学生参与实验准备,实验操作分小组,既注重培养学生动手能力,又培养学生之间的协作精神。通过本次实验使学生在实验中积极动起来了、忙起来了、思维活跃起来了,甚至还可以设计小实验,促进了理论教学与实践有机结合,提高了教学质量。实验教学创新改革在提高学生综合素质和打造金课方面具有积极的意义。TToxicity contrast experiment of aconite before and after processing is one of the most basic experiments in pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine.In this experiment,innovation reform and exploration were carried out.Instead of just studying the detoxification pharmacological effects of processing in the past,the students of different majors could analyze and understand the results of multi-factor synthesis of toxic Chinese herbal medicine and sources,herbal tablets,dosage,decoction and detoxification from the knowledge of traditional Chinese pharmacology,prescription,processing and pharmacology of Chinese materia medicine through the experiment.The process of classroom education was also reformed.The experiment was fully prepared by the experimental teacher in the past which changed to be prepared by some students under the guidance of teachers.The students were divided into groups to perform experimental operation,so the manipulative ability and the spirit of collaboration of students could be both cultivated.Through this experiment,the students were positive,busy,active,and could even design small experiments.The organic combination of theoretical teaching and practice was promoted,and the quality of teaching was improved.There was positive significance in improving students’comprehensive quality and creating gold course through the innovation reform of experimental teaching.
