摘　　要：为了解决医保门诊慢性病患者能够通过移动互联网设备实现医保结算,省去排队等候的麻烦,我院信息部门自主研发了门诊医保在线结算系统。在新冠肺炎疫情防控的重要时期,门诊医保在线结算系统结合医院互联网平台的线上问诊及药品配送功能,实现了患者足不出户即可实现移动环境下的线上复诊的愿景。论文以海南省人民医院为例,阐述了系统业务流程和系统架构设计,并对系统模块进行了简要介绍,对应用前景进行了展望。In order to solve the problem that patients with chronic diseases in the outpatient department of medical insurance can realize medical insurance settlement through mobile Internet devices and avoid the trouble of waiting in line,the Information Department of our hospital independently developed the online settlement system of outpatient medical insurance.In COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control period,the online outpatient medical insurance settlement system combined with online inquiry and drug distribution function of the hospital Internet platform,realized the patient’s vision of online referral in mobile environment without leaving home.Taking Hai’nan General Hospital as an example,this paper expounds the system business process and system architecture design,and briefly introduces the system modules,and prospects the application prospects.
