米非司酮与孕三烯酮联合治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤临床体会

摘　　要：目的分析米非司酮与孕三烯酮联合治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2019年6月太仓友谊医院收治的72例围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶数分组法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组行米非司酮治疗,观察组行米非司酮联合孕三烯酮治疗,对比两组的疗效、性激素水平、子宫变化等指标。结果观察组(94.44%)治疗总有效率高于对照组(77.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后子宫体积是(103.24±13.87)cm³,子宫肌瘤体积是(6.54±0.43)cm³,低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)和雌二醇(E2)分别是(11.46±1.53)ug/L、(13.22±2.78)ug/L、(10.65±2.47)ug/L、(187.23±34.24)pmol/L,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮与孕三烯酮联合治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of mifepristone and gestrinone in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 72 patients with perimenopausal uterine fibroids admitted to Taicang Friendship Hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The odd and even number grouping method was used as the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with gestrinone.The efficacy,sex hormone levels,and uterine changes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(77.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the uterine volume after treatment in the observation group was(103.24±13.87)cm³,and the volume of uterine fibroids was(6.54±0.43)cm³,lower than the control group(P<0.05);the LH,FSH,P and E2 of the observation group after treatment were(11.46±1.53)ug/L,(13.22±2.78)ug/L,(10.65±2.47)ug/L,(187.23±34.24)pmol/L,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and gestrinone is effective in treating perimenopausal uterine fibroids.
