摘  要:随着蓝莓在国际、国内的迅猛发展,其独特的风味和丰富的营养越来越多的受到人们的喜欢,其独特的保健功能被许多科研及营养机构广泛研究。该研究从不同角度阐述了蓝莓对人体的保健作用,特别是对蓝莓的某些因子如:叶黄素、花青苷、锰元素、SOD酶等,因其独特的含量所表现出对人体的强大保健功能进行了详细的阐述。同时分析了蓝莓保健研究方面存在的问题与展望,为以后蓝莓发展和保健研究提供了思路。With the rapid development of blueberry at home and abroad,its unique flavor and nutrition are popular with more and more people,and its distinctive health-care function is studied widely and increasingly in many scientific institutions.The health-care functions of blueberry to people were elaborated from different aspects,especially its factors,such as lutein,anthocyanin,Mn,SOD,which present their powerful health-care function because of their unique content,were also stated in this paper.Meanwhile,the existed problems in the research on the health-care of blueberry and its future vision were analyzed,which lay agood foundation for its future development and health-care research.
