义齿基托边缘修正对全口义齿固位和稳定的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨义齿基托边缘修正对全口义齿固位和稳定的影响.方法选取口腔修复科就诊的无牙颌患者19例,经过初印模、确定颌位关系和终印模、试戴等常规操作后,在戴牙时进行义齿基托边缘修正,对修正前后义齿的固位和稳定进行评定并记录结果,以配对秩和检验对结果进行统计学分析.结果修正前的固位和稳定等级为1级12例(63.16%),2级7例(36.84%),3级0例(0%),经过义齿基托修正后等级为1级0例(0%),2级1例(5.26%),3级18例(94.74%).修正后义齿固位和稳定显著高于修正前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论义齿基托边缘修正有利于提高全口义齿的固位和稳定.Objective To investigate the effect of the denture border modification on the retention and stability of complete denture.Methods Nineteen edentulous patients who were treated in the department of prosthodontics of our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were selected.After initial impression,the maxillo-mandibular relationship and final impression,and try-in,the denture border modification was carried out during the denture placement.The retention and stability before and after the modification were evaluated and the results were recorded.The results were statistically analyzed by the pair-matching rank-sum test.Results Before modification,12 cases(63.16%)were evaluated as Grade 1,7 cases(36.84%)as Grade 2,and no cases(0%)as Grade 3.After modification,no cases(0%)was evaluated as Grade 1,1 case(5.26%)as Grade 2 and 18 cases(94.74%)as Grade 3.There was significant difference between the groups before and after the modification(P<0.01).The retention and stability of the modified denture were significantly higher than unmodified ones.Conclusion Denture border modification is helpful to improve the retention and stability of complete denture.
