摘　　要：混合所有制改革给国企R&D创新提供了一定的制度支持,也将重塑经济利益格局。基于知识溢出视角,通过对混改背景下国企和私企R&D合作创新行为进行合理假设,利用演化博弈理论,构建了国企私企R&D合作创新演化博弈模型,对国企和私企R&D合作路径演化状态及局部稳定性进行了相关探讨,最后利用数值仿真方法对影响国企和私企R&D合作创新相关因素进行了数值模拟和分析。研究表明:增大知识溢出系数和协同收益系数,减小合作风险系数和协同交流成本能够促使国企私企相互进行R&D合作创新;相对国企而言,着重提升私企知识溢出能力,建立健全私企风险防范机制,降低私企协同交流成本可以更加有效提升混改过程中国企私企R&D合作创新水平。The mixed ownership reform provided certain institutional support for state-owned enterprise R&D innovation,and reshaped the pattern of economic interests. Firstly,the R&D cooperative innovation evolution game model of state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises was established based on the knowledge spillover perspective,and the rational assumption of the innovative cooperation behavior between state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprise was put forward. Secondly,evolution status and the local stability of R&D cooperation paths were studied.Thirdly,numerical simulation methods were used to simulate and analyze the related factors which affected R&D cooperation. The research shows that:increasing the coefficient of knowledge spillover and synergy gains and reducing cooperation risk coefficient and collaborative communication cost can encourage them to carry out R&D cooperation and innovation;improving the knowledge spillover capacity,establishing the risk prevention mechanism and reducing the cost of private-owned enterprises can promote the R&D cooperation innovation level more effectively.
