摘 要:采用AGV物料搬运系统的复杂生产线为研究对象,其主要特征有:生产线通过若干辆AGV组成的物料搬运系统实现物料在工位间的转移;生产线由多工位组成,具有串并联工位混合共存特征;生产线存在返修情况。生产线布局同时需要确定AGV数量。提出基于数学规划的方法,将整体问题分解为"产线布局优化"和"AGV数量评估"两部分:首先建立生产线布局数学模型,设计算法求解;然后建立评估AGV投放数量与生产线产量的数学模型,并设计启发式方法求解。最终通过数值试验验证方法的有效性。The complex production line with AGV material handling system was studied.Its three main features were as follows:the production line realized the transfer of materials between work stations through the material handling system composed of several AGVs;the production line was composed of multiple work stations which included parallel stations;repair of semi-products might occur. The layout of the production line also need to determine the number of AGVs. The whole problem was divided into"production line layout optimization"and"planning on the number of AGV".Firstly,the mathematical model of production line layout was established and variable neighborhood search algorithm was used to solve the problem.Then the mathematical model to evaluate the number of AGV and corresponding production line throughput was established and heuristic method was designed. Finally,the validity of proposed method was verified by numerical experiments.
