摘　　要：介绍了基于现代物流的机载武器总装车间自动化生产线设计,主要包含智能立体库房、AGV、倍速链传输线以及RGV轨道车等硬件构成,通过智能数字工厂管理系统(IFMS)和智能物流管理系统(ILMS)实现集中管控。该机载武器自动化生产线,实现了产品零部件自动出入库、自动分拣和派发、单品种产品流水线装配以及多品种产品往复式装配,体现了装调生产线的柔性设计,同时提高了生产效率及产品质量。Automatic production line design of certain model of airbornel weapon integration workshop is briefed in this paper,the hardware of which is composed of smart stereoscopic warehouse,AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle),FFC(Free Flow Conveyor),RGV(Rail Guided Vehicle)and etc.;and the control of the production line is implemented by Intelligent Factory Management System(IFMS)and Intelligent Logistics Management System(ILMS).This production line realizes parts automatic in&out of warehouse,automatic sorting and distribution,single type product pipeline assembly and multi type product reciprocating assembly,features the flexible design of production line,and meanwhile promotes the efficiency and quality of production.
