摘　　要：医学教育是一个持续的、不断进展的过程,研究生医学教育是其重要的组成部分。有效的探索发展医学研究生教育,积极推进教育改革、培养研究生的创新创业能力、提高医学研究生培养质量,构建创新型人才培养模式,紧跟国际医学发展的前沿,是研究生教育改革的核心内容。目前关于放射肿瘤学研究生的培养,应当突出放疗专业技术设备革新的特点,注重教学方法的多样化,提高科研和临床服务质量。随着人工智能技术的不断成熟,其与教育领域的融合也将不断深化,为医学研究生教育的发展注入新动力,这必然是社会进步和创新型国家建设的需要。Medical education is a continuous,lifelong process and postgraduate medical education(PGME)is an important part of that process.How to effectively explore and develop medical postgraduate education,actively promote education reform,stimulate graduate students'innovation ability,steadily improve the quality of medical postgraduate training,build an innovative talent training model,and keep up with the forefront of international medical development is the core of graduate education reform.The radiation oncology postgraduate education must change concept,emphasize the characteristics of technology development,and pay attention to the diversification of teaching methods.With the continuous maturity of artificial intelligence technology,its integration with the education field will continue to deepen,injecting new impetus into the development of medical graduate education,which is necessarily the need for social progress and the construction of an innovative country.
