摘　　要：目的探究PET/CT显像在评估胰腺癌临床应用表现。方法选取疑似胰腺癌患者50例,在医院于2018年7月—2018年11月进行诊断检查,对比两组胰腺癌的诊断价值,回顾性分析PET/CT及CT平扫加增强影像学资料。结果经腹腔镜、手术取病理诊断48例,其中慢性胰腺炎14例,胰腺癌34例,因PET/CT发现多处肝或肺转移,2例患者在经1年随访之后确诊为胰腺癌。确诊出的共36例患者,骨转移2例,肺转移2例,腹膜后淋巴结及胰周转移12例,腹膜转移4例,肝转移6例。对胰腺癌诊断中,相较于CT,PET/CT诊断的特异性、准确率、灵敏度均较优,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对胰腺癌患者,采用PET/CT显像诊断检查,对其疾病的诊断和分期意义重大,能够取得显著诊断效果,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application of PET/CT imaging in evaluating pancreatic cancer.Methods From July 2018 to November 2018,50 patients with suspected pancreatic cancer were selected and examined in our hospital.the diagnostic value of pancreatic cancer was compared between the two groups.The data of PET/CT and CT plain scan and enhanced imaging were analyzed retrospectively.the diagnostic value of pancreatic cancer was compared between the two groups.Results 48 cases were diagnosed pathologically by laparoscopy,including 14 cases of chronic pancreatitis and 34 cases of pancreatic cancer.2 cases were diagnosed as pancreatic cancer after 1 year follow-up because of multiple liver or lung metastases found by PET/CT.A total of 36 patients with bone metastasis 2 cases of lung metastasis,12 cases of retroperitoneal lymph node and peripancreatic metastasis,4 cases of peritoneal metastasis and 6 cases of liver metastasis.In the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,the specificity,accuracy and sensitivity of PET/CT were better than that of CT and PET/CT(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with pancreatic cancer,the diagnosis and staging of the disease are of great significance to the diagnosis and staging of the disease,and the clinical application value can be obtained.
