支教生工作投入与学校组织气氛的关系研究

摘  要:为了解支教生工作投入现状及受援学校组织氛围对支教生工作投入的影响,采用《学校组织气氛问卷》和《工作投入量表》对忻州师范学院的300名支教生进行调查。结果表明:支教生的工作投入在性别、所教学段、所教科目上差异显著;学校组织气氛与支教生工作投入呈显著正相关;回归分析显示学校组织气氛中的同事行为对支教生工作投入的预测作用最大。In order to understand the present situation of school organizational climate and work engagement of teaching practice students,analyze the influence of school organizational climate on work engagement.This study used“school organizational climate questionnaire”and“work engagement scale”to investigate 300 college students.The results showed that the difference of the work engagement in gender,teaching section and teaching subjects was significant,there was a significant positive correlation between school organizational climate and work engagement of teaching practice students,and regression analysis showed that peer behavior of school organizational climate had the greatest predictive effect on work engagement.
