摘  要:探索安全生产管理模式对降低事故发生率、保障生产安全具有重要意义,结合知识管理提出新思路。引入安全氛围、心理资本构建知识共享对员工安全绩效影响的理论模型,并运用结构方程模型对来自高危行业的647份员工样本进行实证。结果表明,知识共享、安全氛围、心理资本、安全绩效之间两两正相关。知识共享不仅直接作用于安全绩效,还存在3条显著的影响路径,即安全氛围在知识共享与安全绩效间存在中介作用、心理资本在知识共享与安全绩效间存在中介作用、安全氛围和心理资本在知识共享与安全绩效间存在跨层次的链式中介作用。其中,安全氛围在影响路径中起到关键作用。有效促进团队内知识共享能营造良好的安全氛围,提升员工心理资本水平,从而减少人因失误、提高安全绩效。This paper aims to investigate and analyze the mechanism between the knowledge sharing and the employee safety performance,with the new ideas provided for the safety production management mode from the perspective of knowledge management. For the above said purpose,the paper has collected 647 employees’ response samples in the highly risk-prone industries through a questionnaire survey and an open interview. As a matter of fact,in accordance with the safety atmosphere and the psychological capital introduced to the construction of the theoretical model between the knowledge sharing and the employee’s safety performance,an hypothesis has been put among the variables and intermediary effects based on SPSS and AMOS. Among them,knowledge sharing is supposed to be abled to be measured by knowledge and information sharing,whereas the security atmosphere can be measured through the security communication,with the psychological capital being measured through self-efficacy,and the security performance being tested by the safety participation and the safety rule compliance. The results of the above investigation and measurement show that both of the investigation items can be said positively correlated with the knowledge sharing and the safety atmosphere from the point of view of psychological capital and safety performance. Knowledge sharing can not only directly affect the security performance,but can also indirectly be influenced through 3 channels,specifically through the 2 mediating effect paths of the security atmosphere and the psychological capital,with a cross-level chained mediating effect path formed by the 2 paths,for the security atmosphere may play the key function in such kinds of influence. Therefore,it is necessary to stress the important reference value of the research results to the knowledge management as a key factor affecting the employees’ safety performance.
