摘 要:为考察A/O-BAF系统处理效果及微生物群落在低温下的变化,对比分析了11℃、13℃和15℃条件下系统的处理效果,以及A柱内反硝化菌和O柱内硝化细菌的数量变化,采用高通量测序考察系统内微生物群落多样性。结果表明,在11~15℃范围,降低温度A/O-BAF系统的COD和TP去除效果下降不明显,但NH4+-N和TN去除效果却显著下降;在15℃时系统处理效果随水力负荷的降低而上升;硝化细菌和反硝化菌的数量随温度降低而减少。高通量测序结果显示,不同分类水平下的优势菌群种类并未随温度降低而发生明显变化,但其相对丰度却发生了显著改变;温度由15℃下降为11℃时,A柱内β-变形菌纲、高氯酸盐降解菌属的相对丰度分别增加和减少了6.6%和1.4%;O柱内的变形菌门、硝化螺旋菌门的相对丰度分别增加和减少了14.3%和10.3%。低温会使A/O-BAF系统去除NH4+-N和TN的效果明显下降,硝化细菌和反硝化菌的数量减少,优势菌群种类未发生明显变化但其相对丰度却存在显著差异;降低水力负荷有助于减弱低温对系统处理效果造成的不利影响。The present paper is aimed at investigating the treatment effect and the changes of microbial community of A/O-BAF system at low temperature.For such a purpose,we have compared and analyzed the treatment effects of the system,variation of the denitrifying bacteria in column A and nitrifying bacteria in column O at 11℃,13℃and 15℃.In addition,we have also investigated the diversity of the microbial communities in the system by using the high throughput sequence.The results of the above mentioned investigation and examination show that in the temperature range from 11℃to 15℃,the decrease of temperature wouldn’t make any significant effect on the removal efficiency of the COD and TP in A/O-BAF system to their decrease,but merely on the significant reduction of the removal efficiency of NH4+-N and TN.However,when the temperature is getting to lower than 15℃,the treating effect of the system would begin to increase with the decrease of the hydraulic load.At the same time,the amount of the nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria may tend to decrease with the lowering of the temperature.The results of the high throughput sequencing procedures may tend to demonstrate that the dominant flora species at the different classifying levels may refuse to change significantly with the decrease of the temperature,though their relative abundance may tend to change noticeably.Nevertheless,when the temperature decreases from 15℃to 11℃,the relative abundance of the Betaproteobacteria and the Dechlorospirillum in column A may tend to increase and then decrease respectively by6.6%and 1.4%.Meanwhile,the relative abundance of the Proteobacteria and the Nitrospirae in column O may tend to increase and then decrease respectively by 14.3%and 10.3%.What is more,the low temperature may tend to reduce the removing efficiency of NH4+-N and TN in the A/O-BAF system significantly in addition to the reduction of the amount of nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria.Though the changes of the dominant bacteria species ar
