观察消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血的临床疗效及再出血的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对胃溃疡出血患者实施消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗的效果和再出血情况。方法纳入2018年1月—2019年12月来该院就诊的胃溃疡出血患者中选取56例,依照计算机表法分组,各28例。对参照组行四联疗法治疗,对实验组行消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗。计算两组胃溃疡出血患者的血红蛋白、出血量、血小板水平、临床效果以及再出血率。结果实验组胃溃疡出血患者的出血量、血红蛋白、血小板水平相比于参照组较优,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组胃溃疡出血患者的临床效果为96.43%(27/28)明显高于参照组胃溃疡出血患者的临床效果为71.43%(20/28),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.766,P<0.05)。实验组胃溃疡出血患者的再出血率相比于参照组较低,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃溃疡出血患者实施四联疗法和消化内镜治疗,其临床效果显著,使出血量降低,将血小板、血红蛋白等指标予以提升,临床应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy on patients with gastric ulcer bleeding and the situation of rebleeding.Methods 56 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding who came to the hospital were selected from January 2018 to December 2019 and grouped according to computer table method,with 28 patients in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the experimental group was treated with digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy.Hemoglobin,blood loss,platelet level,clinical effect and rebleeding rate of the two groups were calculated.Results Compared with the control group,the bleeding volume,hemoglobin and platelet level of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significantt(P<0.05).The clinical effect of 96.43%(27/28)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of 71.43%(20/28)in the control group,with statistically significantly difference between groups(χ^2=4.766,P<0.05).The rebleeding rate of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of quadruple therapy and digestive endoscopy in patients with gastric ulcer bleeding is significant,which can reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the indicators such as platelet and hemoglobin.
