摘　　要：在建筑施工行业的日常安全管理工作中,安全教育培训是长期占据关键地位的基础性工作,对建筑工人的安全意识水平和安全作业能力具有深刻影响。通过文献分析和现场调研,指出目前安全教育培训模式存在的缺陷和不足,并融合情景模拟教学法和沉浸式学习理论,提出一种基于情景模拟的沉浸式建筑工人安全教育培训模式。这种安全教育培训模式的提出有助于丰富教育内容、扩大培训规模、激发建筑工人学习的积极性,对提高安全教育培训效果,减少建筑工人不安全行为具有重要意义。Through literature review and field investigation,this paper identifies the defects and deficiencies of the safety educationand training mode at the present stage,and proposes an immersive construction worker safety education and training mode based onscenario simulation by integrating situation-based simulation teaching method and immersive learning.This safety education andtraining mode is proposed to enrich the training content,expand the training scale,and stimulate the learning enthusiasm ofconstruction workers,which is of great significance to improve the effect of safety education and training and reduce the unsafebehaviors of construction workers.
