公平感知调节下道德推脱对拆迁户不道德行为的影响

摘　　要：近年来,虽然拆迁居民的权利愈发得到保障,然而其基于逐利目的采取的不道德行为愈发成为威胁拆迁项目效率与成功的重要影响因素。基于道德视角,探究社会犬儒主义、道德推脱和公平感知与拆迁户不道德行为之间的关系,分析拆迁户的行为逻辑。在理论分析的基础上构建了社会犬儒主义与不道德行为间关系的中介调节模型,分析了道德推脱的中介作用与拆迁户公平感知的调节作用。通过调查问卷收集数据,并采用SPSS及PROCESS程序对问卷调查的结果进行数据分析。结果表明,社会犬儒主义对拆迁居民的不道德行为具有正向影响,道德推脱的部分中介作用及公平感知的负向调节作用均得到了检验。In recent years,rights of relocated residents in urban demolition projects have been more and more protected.However,interest-oriented unethical behavior of relocated residents has become a more and more important factor threatening the efficiencyand success of urban demolition projects.This paper investigated the relationship between social cynicism,moral disengagement andunethical behavior,as well as the logic of relocated residents’unethical behavior from a moral perspective.Based on theoreticalanalysis,this paper established the mediating model of the relationship between social cynicism and unethical behavior of relocatedresidents.Furthermore,this paper discussed the mediating effect of moral disengagement and the moderating effect of relocatedresidents’perceived justice.After collecting data through a questionnaire survey and testing the data by SPSS and PROCESS,theresult showed that social cynicism could exert a positive effect on relocated residents’unethical behavior,and the mediating role ofmoral disengagement and the moderating role of perceived justice were proved.
