摘 要:针对大中型工程类企业项目群优选决策问题,将具有交互耦合关联的单个项目组合成的项目群作为企业待选对象,通过构建项目群优选评估指标体系,提出基于改进TOPSIS法和扩展VIKOR法的工程项目群优选决策方法,并由所有备选项目群优劣排序结果的对比分析,确定大中型工程类企业选择项目群的优先次序,为项目群优选工作的实施提供参考依据。实例分析验证了所给优选决策方法的有效性与可行性,讨论了项目群优选对抑制企业管理者非伦理行为的机理,以及对管理者伦理决策行为的抑制。Given the optimization decision-making problem of large and medium-sized engineering enterprises,the project group composed of individual projects with an interactive coupling relationship is taken as the enterprise candidate.By constructing the evaluation index system for project group optimization,the optimization decision-making method for the engineering project group is put forward based on the improved TOPSIS method and extended VIKOR method.By comparing and analyzing the ranking results of all potential project groups,the priority order for large and medium-sized engineering enterprises in selecting project groups is determined,which provides a reference for the implementation of project group optimization.The case study verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the given optimization decision-making method,and discusses the mechanism of project group optimization to inhibit the non-ethical behavior of enterprise managers and the inhibition of managers’ethical decision-making behavior.
