我国高等教育中外合作办学的历史及未来展望

摘　　要：改革开放后,我国高等教育中外合作办学发展迅猛。追溯我国高等教育发展史,可以发现清末民初诞生的诸多近代大学便是对外交流合作的成果。梳理我国高等教育中外合作办学的历史脉络,可将其分为中外合作办学的萌芽期、成型期和高速发展期三个阶段。随着我国高等教育进入开放发展的新时代,中外合作办学必将迎来新的发展契机,其未来发展应着力服务于国家战略,推进中外人文交流与合作,继续加快和扩大教育对外开放,并引入国(境)外优质教育资源进行本土化再创新,促进国内高校改革发展和国际化。Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education develops rapidly after reform and opening-up.Tracing back to the development history of higher education in China,it is found that many modern universities which were born in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China are the fruits of foreign exchange and cooperation.The history of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education in China can be divided into three stages:the germination period,the maturing period and the rapid development period.As China’s higher education enters a new era of opening,Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools will certainly usher in a new development opportunity.Its future development should focus on serving the national strategies,promoting Sino-foreign humanities exchanges,helping to continue to accelerate and expand the opening of education to the outside world,introducing high-quality educational resources abroad for localization and re-innovation as well as promoting the reform,development and internationalization of domestic universities.
