摘 要:为提高混合动力汽车的燃油经济性,基于中国典型城市工况,采用等效杠杆法对一款新型双行星排混合动力传动系统进行分析。通过对传动系统各工作模式的传动特性进行分析,确定各工作模式的使用工况。根据分析结果和整车参数搭建整车仿真模型和试验台架,采用仿真与实验相结合的方法对双行星排传动系统做燃油经济性测试。仿真结果表明,针对复杂多变的行驶工况,新型双行星排混合动力传动系统能够充分发挥多种工作模式的优势,有效提高整车的燃油经济性。In order to improve the fuel economy of hybrid electric vehicles,a new-type dual planetary hybrid power transmission system was analyzed by way of equivalent leverage based on typical urban conditions in China,working conditions of each of its working mode determined on transmission characteristics of the working modes,and simulation and experiment test on the fuel economy of the dual planetary transmission system performed on the vehicle simulation model and test bench based on analysis results and vehicle parameter.Simulation results show that the new dual planetary hybrid power transmission system can give full play to the advantages of the multiple working modes in complex and changeable driving conditions,thus effectively improving the fuel economy of the vehicle.
