摘  要:为解决目前药房人工售药效率低、夜间不营业的难题,改进现有自动售药系统不能自动上药和取药审核的不足,基于互联网和图像识别技术设计一款智能售药系统,主要由主控模块、GPRS通讯模块、药品识别模块、动作控制模块、环境监测模块和人机界面组成。利用微处理器、智能摄像头、真空吸盘及气动推杆等搭建具有4×4个储药盒的智能售药系统模型,在实验室条件下完成对160盒药品的上药和取药测试。测试结果表明,该系统能够完全自动上药和取药,正确率达到100%.在取药时该系统能够自动审核取出药品与客户选择药品是否一致,核验出错率为零。该系统还实现了与云组态监控平台的信息同步。系统稳定可靠,取药效率高,对普及线上就诊具有重要的意义。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of manual drug selling in pharmacies and the pharmacies are closed at night,an intelligent drug selling system was designed based on the internet and the image recognition technology.The system can improve the deficiency of the existing automatic drug selling system that cannot automatically refill and check drugs.The system is mainly composed of main control module,GPRS communication module,drug identification module,motion control module,environmental monitoring module and human-machine interface.An intelligent drug selling system model with drug storage boxes was constructed by means of microprocessor,intelligent camera,vacuum sucker and pneumatic push rod,etc.The drug refilling and selling test of 160 boxes of drugs were completed under laboratory conditions.The test results show that the system can automatically fill and sell drugs,and the accuracy rate reaches 100%.The system can automatically check whether the drug is consistent with the drug selected by the customer when the drug is taken out,and the verification error rate is zero.The system also realizes the information synchronization with the cloud configuration monitoring platform.The system is stable and reliable,and the efficiency of drug selling is high.The system is of great significance to the popularization of online medical treatment.
